Frequently asked questions

What are your processing & shipping times?

Your order enters our work queue as soon as payment is received. Usually items ship within 5-7 days. There may be a longer processing time during sales and holidays, or a high demand such as the masks. Check the item's listing for a more accurate processing time and refer to your receipt for your estimated ship date. Please note this date does not include any holidays.

Do you provide tracking?

Tracking is provided with all shipments.

Custom and personalized orders

All items will be wrapped and packaged safely to prevent bending or damage. But accidents do happen. If your items arrive damaged, save all packing, contents, and please contact me within 3 days of receipt. You must provide pictures of the broken item as well as the packaging.

For All Other Refunds

Due to personalization and items are made to order, I DO NOT offer refunds. I will replace any defective item with an identical item provided that I have pictures of the defective item along with the packaging the item arrived in. I will need this in order to file a claim with the post office. All orders do go through inspection and will only be mailed out if 100%. It is the buyers responsibility to carefully remove their item from the box/package. Open packaging carefully to avoid damaging the item.

Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages

Orders will be shipped to the address you have on file with Etsy. Please check it prior to submitting an order! There are 2 places during the checkout process for you to verify it is being shipped to the correct place. Anything returned to me due to an incorrect address or due to being unclaimed / unsuccessful attempts for delivery will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
